Dear Montana,
They say you can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl. While I believe this I know that deep down there's a small town country girl inside me. I know this because when were together i almost forget my cities. I never thought a place I've been to so many times could keep surprising me. I love when we're together in the national park a place where everything is a peace. There's a stillness, a clarity I wish I could take back with me to my own mountains. I love your small towns where the biggest excitement is driving down main street with one stop light. Our love has survived many summers. A love that is unchanging with the seasons. A comfortable love that will always be there when i need an escape to solitude. A love that still gives me butterflies that comforts me when i'm missing you. I know that you will be there to provide a place of distracton and familarity. So when this summer ends i know we'll part as friends...
